1. Putting yourself out there is not always public visibility
It is not only going live, posting, launching, selling, or standing on a stage. Sometimes putting yourself out there is going to the event, asking for support, showing up for family, or letting someone see the real truth of what you are carrying.
2. Introverts can be visible without betraying their energy
Visibility does not mean being “on” all the time. You can love your people and still need quiet. You can be called to teach and still need recovery time. You can show up in a way that honors your nervous system instead of forcing yourself into someone else’s version of leadership.
3. Asking is one of the deepest forms of visibility
Asking for endorsements, asking for support, asking people to look at your work, asking for help, or asking to be considered can bring up old fears. Asking means we risk being seen in our desire. But asking also gives people the chance to say yes.
4. Selling brings up shadow work immediately
Extending the Shadow Work Business in a Box sale brought up discomfort because I value my word. But business sometimes asks for honesty, flexibility, and courage. Needing money does not make your work less spiritual. Making an offer is part of serving, especially when the offer can help people.
5. Your next brave step can be small and real
Putting yourself out there does not have to be dramatic. It can be one post, one message, one offer, one conversation, one honest share, one family gathering, one ask, or one moment where you allow yourself to be seen more fully than before.
